Sunnyboy partnered with Disney for another unforgettable adventure, capturing behind‑the‑scenes material for the live‑action reimagining of the beloved classic Moana. Our team produced the film’s motion shoot and created a suite of social pieces promoting the movie and introducing audiences to Catherine Laga’aia as the new Moana. We also created an original nine‑part Disney+ docuseries showcasing the extraordinary care and dedication shown by the filmmakers and celebrating the craftsmanship of dozens of local artisans and cultural stewards whose work brought the world of Motunui to life.
